This agreement governs the relationship between Bazar Alward and the registered vendor, and sets out the terms for using the platform to display and sell products to customers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Bazar Alward is a multi-vendor electronic marketplace that enables independent vendors to display and sell their products. The platform does not own, manufacture, or supply the products unless expressly stated otherwise.
The vendor may register by providing a valid commercial registration, freelance certificate, or any legally acceptable document approved by the platform, together with accurate identity, tax, and banking information.
The vendor is responsible for providing accurate product information, real product images, clear pricing, inventory updates, order preparation, packaging, and handover to the shipping company within the stated time.
The vendor is fully responsible for product quality, authenticity, compliance with product descriptions and images, and any manufacturing defects or specification mismatches.
Bazar Alward is entitled to a commission of 20% on each completed sale unless a different rate is agreed in writing. The platform may grant special rates, exemptions, or incentives to selected vendors without creating a right for other vendors to claim the same treatment.
The vendor authorizes Bazar Alward to collect payments from customers on the vendorās behalf as a disclosed collection agent. Vendor payouts are made after deducting platform commission, payment gateway fees, and any applicable operational fees according to the platformās settlement cycle.
The vendor is responsible for complying with all applicable tax and ZATCA requirements, including VAT registration when legally required, issuing compliant invoices, and keeping proper records.
The vendor must comply with the platformās returns and exchanges policy and is responsible for return requests related to defective, incorrect, or non-conforming products.
The vendor may not list any products that violate Saudi law, public morals, intellectual property rights, or platform policies. The platform may remove violating products and suspend the vendor account.
The vendor may use customer data only for fulfilling orders and may not use it for marketing or disclose it to third parties without prior approval and in compliance with applicable personal data protection laws.
The platform may suspend or terminate the vendor account if the vendor breaches this agreement, violates platform policies, receives repeated customer complaints, provides false information, or harms the platformās reputation.
This agreement is governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent courts in the Kingdom shall have jurisdiction over disputes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
