Payment Policy – Bazar Alward Platform

Bazar Alward platform provides secure and reliable electronic payment methods to facilitate purchases through the platform in cooperation with approved electronic payment service providers.

1. Available Payment Methods

Bazar Alward platform supports the following payment methods:

  • Mada
  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • Apple Pay

Additional payment methods may be added in the future depending on what becomes available through the platform.

2. Payment Security

All payment transactions are processed through approved electronic payment service providers using advanced encryption technologies to protect customer data. Bazar Alward does not store customers’ bank card details.

3. Payment Confirmation

After a successful payment transaction, an order confirmation notification will be sent to the customer via email or through the customer’s account on the platform.

4. Payment Processing

The order amount is collected at the time the purchase is completed through the platform. The collected amount is then transferred to the seller according to the operational settlement mechanism approved by Bazar Alward platform.

5. Refund Processing

If a refund request is approved in accordance with the platform’s Returns and Exchange Policy:

The refunded amount will be returned to the original payment method within a period typically ranging between 7 to 14 business days, depending on the payment service provider’s policy.

6. Failed Payment Transactions

If the payment transaction is unsuccessful, the order will not be confirmed. The customer may retry the payment using another available payment method.

7. Taxes and Fees

Prices displayed on the platform include Value Added Tax (if applicable) according to the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The total payable amount will be clearly displayed before completing the payment.

8. Platform Responsibility

Bazar Alward platform operates as an electronic intermediary to facilitate payment transactions between the customer and the seller through approved payment service providers. The platform shall not be responsible for any delays resulting from the systems of external payment service providers.
