Bazar Alward is a multi-vendor electronic marketplace that enables customers to browse and purchase products offered by independent sellers registered on the platform.
Bazar Alward operates as an electronic intermediary between customers and sellers and is not considered the direct seller, owner, manufacturer, or supplier of the products displayed unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Each seller is responsible for fulfilling orders, including preparing products, shipping, delivery, and handling exchange and return requests related to those products, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3. Products and Displayed Information
Sellers are responsible for providing accurate product information, including descriptions, images, prices, sizes, colors, specifications, and availability.
Bazar Alward reviews displayed content when possible; however, responsibility for product accuracy, quality, and conformity remains with the seller unless the error results directly from the platform.
4. Prices and Taxes
Prices on the platform are displayed in Saudi Riyals and include Value Added Tax where applicable.
Orders may include additional charges such as shipping fees, payment fees, or other applicable charges, which will be clearly displayed before completing the purchase.
5. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, the customer confirms the accuracy of the information provided, including name, phone number, address, and payment method.
Bazar Alward collects payments on behalf of sellers as a disclosed collection agent for the purpose of processing orders and settling payments.
Seller payouts are processed according to the platform’s approved financial settlement policy.
Order acceptance does not necessarily mean product availability is confirmed. Orders or parts of orders may be canceled if products are unavailable, if there is a material pricing or information error, or for regulatory or operational reasons preventing fulfillment.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping options, delivery costs, and estimated delivery times are displayed before completing the order.
Delivery times may vary depending on the customer’s location, seller’s location, shipping provider, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Bazar Alward is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information or failure of the customer to respond to the shipping provider.
7. Returns and Exchanges
Customers may request returns or exchanges according to the Returns and Exchange Policy published on the platform and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Returned products must be in their original condition, unused, and include all accessories and original packaging unless the return is due to a defect or product error.
Certain products may be excluded from return or exchange depending on their nature, usage, health and safety requirements, or customization based on customer request.
8. Defective or Non-Conforming Products
If a defective product or a product that does not match its description is received, the customer must contact customer service within a reasonable time after delivery and provide supporting photos or evidence.
Bazar Alward will coordinate with the seller to resolve the complaint, while the seller remains responsible for product defects or non-conformity.

- Attempt to access, interfere with, or disrupt the platform
- Use the platform for activities that violate applicable laws or public order

Customers may be required to create an account to access certain platform services. Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities conducted through their accounts.
The platform reserves the right to suspend or close accounts in cases of misuse, violation of terms, or suspected unlawful activity.

This does not affect any statutory rights that cannot be waived under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
